Do I need to be technical to join?

No — of the four tracks, only Engineers involves writing or reviewing code, and even that track is built around tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code rather than assuming deep programming background beyond what you already do in your job. The other three tracks — Managers, Creative Professionals, and Educators — require zero coding at any point. If you can use Google Docs and a browser, you already have everything you need to complete every exercise, from auditing your team's recurring work with the Delete/Delegate/Defer/Do framework in the Managers track to building a lesson-content pipeline with NotebookLM and Canva AI in the Educators track. Each track is designed around the tools people in that role already touch day to day — Zapier and n8n for Managers, Midjourney and Runway for Creatives, NotebookLM and Gemini for Educators — so the technical bar is knowing how to follow a structured workflow, not how to write code.

Which track is right for me?

Engineers is for anyone who writes or reviews code and wants to use AI across the full software lifecycle — planning, coding, testing, and deploying — with tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude, and v0. Creative Professionals is for anyone in design, content, brand, or marketing who wants to build AI workflows around their craft rather than replace it, using tools like Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs. Educators is for teachers, tutors, and trainers who need to use AI without compromising learning outcomes, student privacy, or classroom trust, working from NotebookLM, Claude, and Gemini. Managers is for anyone in sales, ops, HR, or a founder role who wants to manage AI agents and hit team KPIs faster using tools like Zapier and n8n. If you're unsure which of the four fits best, tell us on the enrollment call and we'll place you in the right cohort.

How much time does this take each week?

Plan for roughly 6 to 8 hours a week across the full 4-week program: time spent on curriculum content, a live weekly build session where you work alongside the instructor and cohort, an implementation lab for hands-on practice, and time to apply what you built directly to your real job, not a hypothetical exercise. Each of the 4 weeks builds on the last: week one is an audit of where AI actually fits your role, using a framework specific to your track — the Delete/Delegate/Defer/Do audit for Managers, a tool benchmark for Creatives, the UNESCO AI Competency Framework for Educators, or a reproducible agentic dev environment for Engineers; the middle weeks build reusable agents, workflows, and automations grounded in your actual tools and processes; and week four is a capstone where you combine everything into one working system for your real role, documented well enough that a teammate could pick it up. Live sessions are recorded, so the weekly time commitment flexes around your existing job.

What tools will I need?

You'll need a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for the live sessions — that's the only hardware requirement. No paid subscriptions are required going in; the tools used throughout the program are provided or available on free tiers, so you won't need to buy software licenses before you start. Which specific tools you'll actually touch depends on your track: Engineers work in Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and v0; Creative Professionals work in Canva, Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs; Educators work in NotebookLM, Claude, Gemini, and Canva; and Managers work in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, and n8n. You don't need prior experience with any of these — the curriculum walks you through setting each one up as part of the relevant week's build session, and by the end you'll have configured your own working environment rather than just watching a demo of someone else's setup.

Is this live or self-paced?

Live, not self-paced. Every track runs on a structured 4-week schedule with a live weekly build session where you work alongside the instructor and the rest of your cohort in real time, which is deliberate: self-paced AI courses have a well-known completion problem, and this program is built to hold you accountable to actually finishing rather than letting the material sit in a watch-later queue. That said, life happens, so every session is recorded and shared with your cohort, meaning a missed live block because of a work conflict doesn't cost you the content — you can watch it back and still keep pace with the weekly build cadence. The live format also means office hours and instructor feedback happen in real time on your actual work, not asynchronously days later, so problems in your build get caught and corrected the same week instead of compounding into the capstone.

What will I actually have when I finish?

You finish with a working AI system built around your real job, not a folder of prompts. The exact shape depends on your track: Managers leave with a complete Manager Operating System — an agent library, workflow automations, SOPs, a KPI dashboard, and a team-handoff guide a teammate could pick up on day one. Creative Professionals leave with a working Creative Automation System for one real high-friction workflow, backed by a brand-review rubric and approval checkpoint. Educators leave with an AI Teaching Assistant Capstone for one real unit — context, assistant brief, a NotebookLM notebook, a lesson generator, a quiz and rubric workflow, and a classroom AI policy. Engineers leave with a shipped Engineering Agent System for one real repository, including reproducible setup, MCP integrations, skills, subagents, a guarded PR workflow, and an eval harness. Every track's deliverable includes at least one live automation you're already using and documentation someone else on your team could follow without you in the room.

How is this different from a prompting course?

Prompting courses teach you how to ask a model a better question. This program teaches you how to build a system that asks for you, so you're not starting from a blank prompt box every single time. Concretely, that means setting up a structured second brain of your standards, examples, and tone so AI output already fits your role instead of reading generic; wiring agents and no-code automations, through Zapier, n8n, or track-specific tools, with human approval gates so nothing ships without review; and documenting rules, SOPs, and workflows well enough that the system is portable to a new teammate or a new project, not locked in your head or your chat history. You leave having actually shipped at least one live automation or agent from your own job, with review gates built in, rather than a list of prompts you'll have to reconstruct from memory the next time you need them.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes. If you're enrolling because your manager or team wants broader AI adoption, it's worth asking about group seats directly rather than enrolling one person at a time: multiple people from the same team can join the same cohort, work through the same track together, and end up with a shared vocabulary and a shared set of agents, SOPs, and automations instead of everyone building something slightly different in isolation.
