Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor to provide on-demand online assistance to students to navigate coursework.
- Identify and report educational challenges and collaborate with the team to swiftly resolve them.
- Develop and deliver content and presentations to educate and guide students.
- Design and evaluate test assignments, ensuring they meet educational objectives.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to identify and address learning pain points.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Full-stack development experience with expertise in React (MERN stack).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for mentorship and teaching.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a systematic approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficient in GitHub and familiar with collaborative coding practices.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
