Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and customers.
  • Engaging in customer interaction to promote products or services.
  • Learning and applying sales techniques and strategies.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing customer data.
  • Participating in sales meetings and contributing ideas.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events or campaigns.
  • Outreach for outbound leads

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Or graduated.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Duration and Work Hours:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 45,000 allowance
  • The company provides lunch & dinner.
  • Sales commission (<150,000)
