About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Create Visual Content: Develop engaging graphics for social media, website, and marketing materials.
Assist in Design Projects: Support the design team in various projects including branding, advertisements, and presentations.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive design output.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and communicate our message effectively.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends and software updates to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
Pursuing a Degree in Design: Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design or related program. (Optional)
Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design work and creativity.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in our office at Hatch Works, 14 Sir Baron Jayathilake Mawatha.
