Code of Conduct

At Metana, we prioritize the integrity, safety, and well-being of our community. To protect all participants, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access to our services, without refund.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Metana Service to:
- Break the law – Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Spreading false and misleading content – Share false, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, invasive of privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material intended to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm
- Engage in harassment – Stalk, harass, bully, or cause harm to other students, instructors, and anyone the student engages with.
- Send spam or solicitations – Distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
- Spread malicious software – Upload or transmit adware, malware, viruses, or any harmful code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
- Tamper with security – Attempt to disable, bypass, or interfere with any security features of the Metana Service.
- Impersonate others – Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or falsely claim affiliation with an individual or organization.
- Disrupt the service – Interfere with or disrupt the Metana Service, its servers, or connected networks, or fail to follow network usage rules.
- Modify unauthorized content – Alter, adapt, or tamper with any component of the Metana Service, except for your own permitted User Content.
- Use unauthorized automated tools – Deploy “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” or any automated systems to access or interact with the Metana Service without prior written authorization.
- Forgery or Fraudulent Claims – Forge payment slips or any claims to exploit services offered by Metana
Enforcement
Metana reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of access.
